A handcrafted heart, made entirely from scratch using sterling silver wires of different gauges using metalsmithing and wire wrapping techniques, forms the stunning focal for this necklace.  A cascade of 4mm freshwater cultured pearls trails from the heart, ending with a stunning faceted almond London Blue Topaz of utmost clarity.  The necklace is then graced with keshi pearl petals and 2 oval faceted Swiss Blue Topaz.
